Apple and Yogurt Cake with Thermomix

An apple and yogurt cake prepared with Thermomix and cooked with genuine and simple ingredients is what you need for breakfast, to start your day in a better way.

The preparation for this cake has been suggested by Alice, a fan from the Italian Facebook Page of this website (English here). She also sent me the Squid Stew recipe.

In Italy we call this kind of cake "ciambella" or "ciambellone" and it is one of the most classic sweet baking products, it's perfect for many occasions thanks to its simplicity in preparation, especially with Thermomix.

It's also good for your children' snack times because yogurt makes the dough even softer while apples - thanks to their healthy properties - makes this Ciambella a cake to be often considered :-).

With apples you can prepare many other delicious recipes like the Apple Strudel or the very fresh Apple Ice Cream. While if you fancy preparing a cake I suggest you try the Apple Pie or the Apple Yogurt Cake with Hazelnuts.
