Double Colour Cake Thermomix: How to Prepare the Marble Cake

Double Colour Cake Thermomix: How to Prepare the Marble Cake

The usual ingredients that we all have at home make the Double Colour Cake Thermomix a genuine and easy to make dessert that will appeal to everyone, especially children.

I often put a slice in the children's backpack instead of bought snacks or greasy pizzas.

I started my experience in the kitchen with donuts and I was wondering how to put the cocoa stains on the two-tone donut “at the right point”. It was my mother who revealed the mystery to me, telling me that the cooking itself distributed the stains evenly.

In winter, you can replace the lemon peel with orange peel.

If you want to get a marbled effect, after pouring the cocoa mixture, make concentric circles on the dough with a toothpick.
