Thermomix Marble Cake Black and White


This black and white Thermomix marble cake is suitable for breakfast and snack, it can also be served as a dessert accompanied by cocoa cream or ice cream, vanilla and cream.

It is one of those desserts that are prepared quickly and are always tempting, both for adults and children.

Ingredients


(for 8 people)
- Zest of 1 orange
- 160 g sugar
- 4 medium eggs
- 160 g unsalted butter
- 250 g plain flour
- 100 g whole milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 16 g baking powder
- 30 g bitter cocoa

Let's cook




Put the zest of an orange and 160 g of sugar in the mixing bowl and chop 10 Sec. Speed 10.

Put the butterfly whisk in the mixing bowl.
Put 4 medium eggs in the mixing bowl and whip 4 Min. Speed 3.

Add 160 g soft butter, 250 g plain flour, 100 g whole milk, 1 tbsp of vanilla sugar, 16 g baking powder and whisk 1 Min. Speed 3.

Pour ¾ of the dough into a greased and floured donut mold (24 cm) or into a silicone mold.

Add 30 g bitter cocoa to the remaining mixture in the mixing bowl and mix for 10 Sec. Speed 3.

Pour this cocoa mixture over the white one and bake for 30 Min. 180C in static mode.

Decorate with powdered sugar to taste.

Tips


To enrich the black and white donut, you can add hazelnuts, almonds or chopped walnuts to the mixture (with the Thermomix of course :-)).

Then, if you want, you can flavor it with rum or with vanilla essence.

You can replace the orange zest with lemon zest.
