Could anyone tell me how you may resist to the Coconut Balls when served at the end of a meal?
They are delicious desserts, you would like to eat them one after the other. And they are very easy and quick to prepare. You just need to have the ingredients in your kitchen because the rest is made by Thermomix...what a pleasure cooking this way, no effort :-)
It's like the Baci Perugina Chocolates preparation....!
The recipe I'm publishing today has been sent by Aiznic Ellehcim Oenazzag, who suggested me to try it soon. How much time you think I spent before following her suggestion? ;-)
If you like coconut-based desserts and cakes you mustn't miss the Coconut and Nutella Cake or the Coconut Yogurt Cake.
Ingredients
- 100 g Dry Biscuits
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- a little bit Lemon Juice
- 150 g Coconut Flour (plus for the covering)
- 1 small glass of Whiskey Cream (Bayles like)
How to prepare the Coconut Balls
Put biscuits in the bowl. 15 Sec. Speed 6.
Add sugar, eggs, lemon juice, coconut flour and whiskey cream. 50 Sec. Speed 5.
Put this mixture aside and shape into balls, not too large.
Roll them in coconut flour and they are ready to be served.
Aiznic Ellehcim Oenazzag's advice
If the mixture is too sticky, you may add other biscuits in the bowl. 15 Sec. Speed 6.
My advice
If you want to do an original and nice thing, try to roll the balls in ground pistachios too...and let me know! ;-)
