Potato Bread with Thermomix

If you want to try a bread that is soft inside and with a good crust outside, you must try this potato bread.

Making bread is not easy, at all. It is an art, you need a remarkable manual skill. That is why many people give up, even if they have got the fantastic Thermomix that knead and mix everything. Maybe you did too.

I gave up too, especially because I haven't find the time yet. Buying it is easier. And yet when I tried making bread (it should be the easiest thing to prepare and to eat in the world) I used my Thermomix and the result was good enough.

For example I've prepared the Half-an-Hour Bread (very quick!), the Wholemeal Bread, the Multigrain Bread with Manitoba Flour, the Milk Rolls with Poppy and Sesame Seeds.

This recipe has been sent by Cinzia Rossi who took her inspiration from the Italian Thermomix cookbook "Il meglio di Bimby" (Thermomix best recipes). I don't have the book so I don't know if she has changed anything. Her version is very tasty indeed. Just take a look at her picture! Not the very original Irish potato bread, but it is delicious, trust me!

If you also made a potato bread, send me your recipe!
