Panna Cotta Thermomix

Hummus Thermomix recipe

It is one of the most loved spoon desserts, the queen in summer and winter, ladies and gentlemen ... here is the Thermomix panna cotta!!

Irresistible and versatile, it adapts to be garnished with caramel, fruit sauces or chocolate. It is very quick to prepare and children always like it!

You can prepare it well in advance and keep it in the refrigerator, so that you always have a snack or a spoon dessert ready to serve to unexpected guests.

Ingredients

(for 4 people)
- 6 g gelatine leafs
- 75 g caster sugar
- A tbsp vanilla sugar
- 125 g whole milk
- 250 g fresh cream

Let's cook

Put 6 g gelatine leafs to soak in cold water for about 10 Min.

Put 75 g caster sugar, a tbsp vanilla sugar, 125 g whole milk and 250 g fresh cream in the mixing bowl and cook 4 Min. 80C Speed 3.

Add the soaked and well squeezed gelatine leafs and mix 10 Sec. Speed 3.

Pour the mixture into 4 silicone moulds wet with water.

Leave to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 3 hours.

During the first hour in the refrigerator, turn it with a spoon so that the heaviest part does not settle on the bottom.

Tips

Instead of using silicone moulds, you can use bowls or glass cups: you will serve the panna cotta directly there. ;-)

To make the panna cotta even tastier, I suggest you garnish it with fruit-based sauces such as the strawberry, kiwi, pear sauce or with the super-mythical caramel !!!!

If you love chocolate, I suggest a chocolate sauce topping with a few sprigs of whipped cream and a side dish of strawberries.

For an effective decoration, pour a generous spoonful of caramel on top of the panna cotta and sprinkle over a grain of toasted hazelnuts. As a final touch, decorate the panna cotta with dark chocolate sticks. To obtain them, melt the dark chocolate and, with a teaspoon, drain it on a plate so as to form geometric designs, doodles, sketches. Once the chocolate has cooled, gently peel it off and use it to decorate the cream.
