Do you fancy a fresh and summery low-fat dessert? Try this Gluten-Free, Milk-Free, Egg-Free Citrus Fruit Pudding!
This recipe has been sent by Barbara who wrote: "I often prepare this pudding for my baby who is milk and egg intolerant but we all like it because it is fresh and very light".
I'd also say it is a fantastic recipe for those who are gluten intolerant. In this preparation you use corn flour instead of wheat flour indeed!
Ingredients
(6 people serving)- 1 abundant glass citrus fruit juice (about 2 oranges and 1 lemon juices)
- Water until you reach 1 litre of liquids together with the juices
- 200 g white sugar
- 80 g corn flour
Let's cook!
Pour all the ingredients in the bowl. 12 Min. 100°C Speed 3.Pour it into small single portion cups and let it get cold at room temperature.
Then keep refrigerated for at least 2 hours. Serve cold.
Tips
You can change the sugar amount according to your taste! :-)
To decorate the cups you can use a lemon or orange slice, or you can create other shapes with lemon and orange peels. Send me your creations, I'll add them to the recipe! :-)
