Beef Roulades Stuffed with Olives: Thermomix Recipe

If you feel like a tasty second dish you must try these Beef Roulades stuffed with Olives.

Prepare them, serve them, taste them and then tell me whether they are a delicacy or not...:-) Recipe has been sent by Loredana who is a Thermomix consultant and this is a proof that this dish is 100% deliciousness tested ;-)

Loredana prepared the roulades using slices of "carpaccio di Scottona" (thin slices of raw meat of heifer). This meat is absolutely tender.

You could also try the Stuffed Aubergine Rolls. If you have got some olives at home and you don't know how to cook them I suggest you take a look at the Green Olives in Pastry recipe and at the Green Olives and Cheese Pate (great to be spread on bread).

Or if you are looking for some ideas or suggestions for meat second dishes here you are the Coffee Flavoured Pork Kebabs with Thermomix, the Meat Loaf Thermomix Stuffed With Ham and Scamorza or the Turkey Roll with Thermomix.
