Soft Bread Rolls: Thermomix Recipe

These very Soft Bread Rolls are perfect for children' snacks.

I love preparing them for birthday parties or for the buffets of family parties. Pretty and tasty, they are very delicate you can use a sweet or a salty filling using all your creativeness. :-)

Preparing them with Thermomix is very easy! As Antonella from Putignano (BA) says, (she has sent me the recipe): "It is the final result of many experiments...now I won't change recipe anymore!" Try them and let me know ;-)

If you want other ideas for making bread with Thermomix you can have a look at the Wholemeal Flour Bread recipe, the Multigrain Bread with Manitoba Flour recipe. Or you can try the very good Brioche Bread and the Milk Rolls with Poppy and Sesame Seeds.

What can I say? They are just delicious! .-)

The day after put 100 g of lievitino, put it in the bowl and mix with water sugar and oil. 30 Sec. Speed 2-3.

Add the three flours, salt and mix. 60 Sec. Speed 6. Then 2 Min. Speed Dough Mode.

Put it in an hermetic bowl and let it leaven for 2 hours.

When leavened roll it out and shape to a rectangle of 1/2 cm thickness.

Spread with olive oil and cut small rectangles.

Roll up the small rectangles, like croissants.

Let rest for other 2 hours.

Then spread the rolls with milk, delicately without deflating them.

Place them in a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 30 Min. until browned.

Antonella's advice

These bread rolls are so fluffy and soft! I make a little more of them so that I can keep them in the freezer and use them when I need them!
