Milk-Free Thermomix Custard

Do you like Thermomix Custard but you are milk intolerant? Here is the recipe to prepare the Thermomix custard milk-free!

Unfortunately milk intolerance is a growing problem, even among children! But why must we give up to certain flavours or dishes? One of these is the custard, obviously, which is fundamental in cakes preparation.

One of my daughters has been milk intolerant for a period (well, that's how it seems, sometimes you don't understand these kind of things perfectly....anyway), and I really didn't know what to invent anymore.
So I tried to find something to make her happy when she sat at the table even if she didn't have her milk!

For example I created the Milk-Free Sweet Roll. If you fancy another cake, you can try this Milk-Free Hot Chocolate, delicious...! :-P

As you may see in the picture I used this custard to fill in a yogurt cake. This cake is the one I call "Grand-mother Marisa's".

Talking about intolerance, I also published the recipe of a Gluten-Free Thermomix Custard.

- 1 untreated lemon zest
- 100 gr sugar
- 500 g soy milk
- 2 eggs
- 50 g plain flour

Let's cook

Put the zest of one lemon and 100 g sugar in the mixing bowl and mix 20 Sec. Speed 7.

Add 500 g soy milk, 2 eggs and 50 g plain flour and cook 7 Min. 90C Speed 4.

Instead of lemon zest you can use tbs of vanilla sugar.

If you prefer you can use rice milk instead of soy milk.
