Milk-Free Thermomix Custard

Do you like Thermomix Custard but you are milk intolerant? Here you are two interesting versions of preparing thermomix custard....without milk!

Unfortunately milk intolerance is a growing problem, even between children! But why must we give up to certain flavours or dishes? One of these is the custard, obviously, which is fundamental in cakes preparation.

One of my daughters has been milk intolerant for a period (well, that's how it seems, sometimes you don't understand these kind of things perfectly....anyway), and I really didn't know what to invent.
So I tried to find something to make her happy when she sat at the table even if she didn't have her milk!

For example I created the Milk-Free Sweet Roll. If you fancy another cake, you can try this Milk-Free Hot Chocolate, delicious...! :-P

As you may see in the picture I used this custard to fill in a yogurt cake. This cake is the one I call "Grand-mother Marisa's".

Talking about intolerance, I also published the recipe of a Gluten-Free Thermomix Custard.
