Dairy, Gluten and Sugar Free Biscuits with Thermomix

In this recipe usual biscuits ingredients are replaced by honey, rice flour, corn flour, margarine and almonds, ingredients a gluten or milk intolerant can eat. Eggs remain.

Many people buy Thermomix for this reason: they suffer from intolerance themselves or some relatives of them do and they want to prepare homemade healthy and tasty dishes avoiding spend a lot of money in chemist's or food stores that sell allergy-free foods.

- 100 g Honey
- 1 Lemon Peel
- 50 g Peeled Almonds
- 150 g Rice Flour
- 150 g Corn Flour
- 130 g Margarine
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cream of Tartar sachet (15 g) (leavening agent)
- 1 Pinch Salt

How to prepare Dairy, Gluten and Sugar-Free Biscuits with Thermomix

Put almonds in the bowl. 20 Sec. Speed 10.

Add lemon peel and salt. 10 Sec. Speed 8.

Add honey and amalgamate. 5 Sec. Speed 4.

Add flours, margarine, eggs and leavening agent. 2 Min. Speed Dough Mode.

Keep refrigerated for 30 Min.

Shape biscuits as you like.

Cook into preheated oven at about 160°C for 8-10 Min.
