Thermomix Bread Rolls with Manitoba Flour

Thermomix Bread Rolls with Manitoba Flour

Have you ever tried making soft and mouthwatering bread rolls? Kitchen smells like heaven when these are in the oven! Well, with this recipeyou can make them quick and easy!

Bread Rolls with Manitoba Flour are small and luscious titbits, perfect for different occasions. I suggest you make them for a children birthday party because they keep their softness for a very long time and...children particularly appreciate them, filled or as they are :-)!

These bread rolls are also very good for a brunch, a break and a picnic, as they can be prepared on the day before you need them and they remain perfectly tasty and fragrant.

This recipe has been suggested by Luigia Caraffa from Campania who wrote: "This recipe is now an everyday preparation in my life. I also use the same dough to make mini pizzas and they are yummy too!"

I prepared them for my nephew's birthday party together with Mini Pizzas with Zucchini and Cherry Tomatoes, Calzoni, Potato and Ham Croquettes, Italian Potato Cake with Ham and Mozzarella Cheese and the crunchy Bread Sticks. I matched these delis with an excellent Dolcetto D'alba, a ruby red wine, pleasantly bitter, well bodied and well orchestrated.

Should you like other bread recipes do not forget to try the Soft Bread Rolls, the Milk Rolls with Sesame and Poppy Seeds, the Wholemeal Bread, the Multigrain Bread with Manitoba Flour, the Brioche Bread.

Luigia Caraffa's advice

Simply replace milk with water and wholemeal flour instead of manitoba flour to make special wholemeal bread rolls!!!

My adivce
